Har is the maker of this enameled star brooch with a beautiful sapphire blue rhinestone encircled by smaller clear rhinestones. The accents are gold toned. The brooch is 2 1/2 inches from tip to tip of each star tip. It is riveted on the back to attach the rhinestone component. The locking safety clasp is in good working order. The piece is signed Har with the copyright mark on the back. Frenchy loves the stars that come out at night over the French Quarter and this looks like those.
