Vintage Clothing & Accessories:Belt Buckle:Celluloid
This buckle was sold to Frenchy as Bakelite but I don't believe it is. It seems to be a marbleized celluloid of green and gold with rhinestones embellishing it. It is believed to be from the Art Deco period. There is normal wear to the back for a piece of this age. It measures 2 1/4 inches wide and 1 inch tall. There is no mark on the buckle.
