Return Policy
Ruby Lane and each of its independent shops want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction and for the protection of both the buyer and shop owner, we have a Return Policy that each Ruby Lane shop owner honors. View Return Policy now.

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
Buyer is to pay all shipping, handling and insurance costs unless otherwise agreed to. Once payment is received, order will be shipped, usually within 3 business days.

Restocking Fee:
If we did not represent our items correctly, no re-stocking fee will be charged. Otherwise a restocking fee of 10% will be applied.

Other Information:
We do not accept personal checks. We accept Paypal, certified checks and money orders.

If paying with Paypal, payment is expected within three days. Certified checks and Money Orders need to be received within 7 days or item will be relisted.

We reserve the right to hold checks and money orders until they have cleared. This may take from 7 to 10 business days.

We do not do business with any country that we are not familiar with. For International buyers, we only accept PayPal as payment and only if they are a verified Paypal buyer from a country approved by PayPal.
