Dainty Old Brass and Enamel Pill Box

This is a very dainty little heavy quality, brass Pill Box with an enamelled lid in midnight blue with a gold floral design, framed with a white band. It measures only 1 1/4" across by 5/8" high and is in excellent condition, with no damage of any kind. It is well marked on the bottom but I do not recognize the language, perhaps Russian or Arabic, If anyone out there can read the marks, I would very much appreciate hearing from you.
