Art Deco, Calico Dog Inkwell 1920s

This wonderful Art Deco, inkwell is really different. It has an orange luster attached saucer base to hold your pen, and a delightful Deco calico dog, standing on the saucer with his back arched to form a handle, and his front feet on the inkwell. He has no factory marks but is old Japan from the 20s or 30s, and would originally have had a sticker. He measures 4 1/2" long by 2 1/2" wide and 3 1/2" tall and is in excellent condition.
