This Vintage Ceramic Puppy is just as sweet as he can be, with his big brown eyes and rather woeful expression, he looks as if he just did something wrong, but he knows that if he plays cute puppy, you couldn't possibly be mad at him. This Framed Tile makes quite a dramatic statement, with a very graphic depiction of a Dove on a tree branch. The artist has used a tube lining technique, sometimes called slip trailing, to accentuate and add dimension to his subject.
