This is a superb piece and fabulous find! New, old store item, late 1960's. All over shiny gold color metal (photo shows reflection of silver). Bottom row of fringe intact. Inside lining done in grosgrain and is hand stitched to the metal. Frame is stamped Whiting and Davis. Has the original store sticker that reads Liebermann Saginaw. This was a very upscale department store in MI that went out of business in 1970. Measuring 6 inches x 3.5 inches not including the chain handle. This piece has a clip that attaches perfectly to your jeans pocket or belt loop. Absolutely darling and is in mint condition.
