Our Service Pledge To You:
We return all emails within a 24 hour period, but generally sooner.

At Footbridge Cove we commit to being honest in our listing descriptions and we identify research sources when available.

Your new treasure will be carefully packaged and shipped to you within one week on the following Tuesday or Friday of receipt of cleared payment.

Unless otherwise stated, you will be notified of the most economical insured shipping cost determined by destination zip code & weight (usually USPS Priority) once your purchase order is received. Please contact us for shipping cost outside of the U.S. And YES we will combine shipping on multiple item purchases.

Our CONVENIENT 90-DAY LAYAWAY PLAN enables you to secure items for purchase while allowing you the freedom of determining the payment arrangement that best suit your needs. There is an initial non-refundable deposit of 30% to secure your purchase order layaway. As an added luxury for our valued customers: you may add items to your layaway, WITH NO ADDITIONAL DEPOSIT REQUIRED. However, please note, by putting thru the purchase order for additional items you are committing to completing the purchase by the original final balance due date, unless other arrangements have been made with us.


At Footbridge Cove we do not charge a restocking fee on returns. However, layaway returns, and sale item returns would require a 20% restocking fee for cost of returned items due to the elapsed time the item was unavailable for purchase.

Footbridge Cove follows all Ruby Lane return policies. We appreciate a 'notification of return' email within 24 hours of receipt of the package.

PLEASE NOTE: WE'VE REDUCED ALL ITEMS BY 85% FOR QUICK SHOP CLEARANCE... all items will ship together at cost, via USPS Priority with insurance. No additional fees will be charged. ~~We'll also consider offers on multli-item purchases! Email us. PLEASE WAIT FOR COMBINED INVOICE BEFORE PAYING. (Minimum Clearance Order $20).

Shipping fees are based on weight and zip code destination...no additional handling fees are added!

Estimates that automatically process thru in listings ARE NOT ACTUAL COST. They are approximations, we ship AT COST with no additional charges to you! Please wait for your invoice before sending payment.

We prefer Paypal & Footbridge Cove pays all Paypal fees. Though, we do accept personal checks and money orders, however, due to the time involved with processing these, we must now add a $3.00 fee for payment in this form.

Full payment is required in full, within 7 days of placing Purchase Orders. Please notify us of your expected payment date once you recieve your invoice so we may keep the item as sale pending.

Returns are accepted for a full refund, however, buyer must abide by the Ruby Lane Return Policies. At Footbridge Cove we'd also appreciate a 'notification of return' email within 24 hours of receipt of your package. Buyer pays return shipping, insurance and tracking.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: At Footbridge Cove we charge exact shipping fees only. However, a $5.00 handling fee will be added to orders being shipped outside of the U.S. This fee covers additional paperwork and additional packaging required for secure International shipment. We expect you'll understand, as we strive to provide the best service possible to our valued customers. For our regular customer outside the US, this fee is waived.

Restocking Fee:
We want you to be completely satisfied, please contact us to return any item you aren't happy with. We do not charge a restocking fee on pieces returned from within the U.S. Though we do appreciate an immediate return and a notification of return email within 24 hours of receipt of the item. International returns will incur a $5.00 restocking fee.
