The colors in photos are true... an unusual combination of red and orange! The contrasting black glass accentuated by silver enamelled ornamentation gives the piece substance.

Excellent- Very Good Condition: No chips or cracks. Slight surface scratching to the interior base of cup and bottom base rim. There is a small divet under the glass on the outside of the finial topped lid. (We'll add photos within a day or two to show you exactly.)

Measures: 11-1/4" tall with finial top in place 7-1/2" without top piece mouth 4-1/8" diameter base is 3-1/4" diameter

This is a lovely cabinet or mantel piece. Normally when we think of art glass a swirl of color made within the glass comes to mind. This appears to be a coating of color, very hard to tell.
