“Scarlett’s Resolve” is the eighth issue in the collection entitled “Gone With The Wind: Golden Anniversary”. Scarlett stands proudly and defiantly in her elaborate red dress to face the town’s accusing eyes. The artist is Howard Rogers. This series was authorized by Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the film Gone With The Wind. This edition was issued in 1989 by the W.S.
