This little jewel is a Sweater or Dress clip with a retractable Key holder on it. It holds your key or Identification card (for a modern use) and when you need it, pull on the ring and it pulls out for you to use. Let go of the ring and it returns to it's original position.

This sweater clip has a beautiful sunburst design, very retro chic.
