This is an antique Cabbage or Slaw Cutter WITH ORIGINAL INSTRUCTIONS ON THE BACK. It is dated Feb. 22. 1898 and it is called THE HOME VEGETABLE SLICER. It was made in Wissa, Pennsylvania which you can see on the instruction sheet. It has 6 serrated knife blades and the metal and wooden handle slides the vegetables back and forth easily. What a great item and it still works. It has a hole in the top for hanging it up when you are done slicing pickles or whatever. A great antique for your home office or restaurant decor.
