This is a vintage meat carving set that are genuine ivory. THey are hand carved and show an Eskimo fighting a Polar Bear on the ice. You can see ice bergs in the background. This boxed set is in the original velvet lined box. They have gold and black stickers that have the Genuine Ivory on them. They are very lovely and in good condition for the age of these items. Both the knife and fork are marked Stainless. The Knife handle has a hairline crack in it which was not uncommon with ivory. This is a wonderful set, very beautiful and unusual. You won't want to miss out on them.
