We stand behind everything in our shop. We guarantee the authenticity of all our items; they have been dated accurately to the best of our knowledge.

Return Policy
Ruby Lane and each of its independent shops want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction and for the protection of both the buyer and shop owner, we have a Return Policy that each Ruby Lane shop owner honors. View Return Policy now.

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
Buyer pays for actual shipping, handling and insurance. If item is returned, original shipping/handling/insurance fee will not be refunded, just the purchased value of the article. Return insured shipping is the responsibility of the buyer, together with any lost PayPal fees, duties and taxes incurred on returned items.

We recommend that all shipments be insured. If a buyer requests that an item not be shipped insured, in writing, we are then not responsible for loss or damage to that item in shipping.

We ship via Canada Post, UPS or Fed-Ex .... we ship worldwide. Please inquire for an estimation of charges.

Restocking Fee:
Our shop does not have a restocking fee.

All prices are in US Dollars and should be paid for in same.

Where applicable, packages will be marked "over 100 years", however, seller is not responsible for any duties levied by local customs.
