Ruby Lane and each of its independent shops want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction and for the protection of both the buyer and shop owner, we have a Return Policy that each Ruby Lane shop owner honors. View Return Policy now.

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
Buyer to pay for actual shipping, handling, and insurance unless listed as "Free Shipping."

Restocking Fee:
Our shop does not have a restocking fee.

Other Information:
Sales tax is required on all merchandise sold to New York State residents or shipped to addresses within the State of New York.

We process orders daily, Monday through Friday. Items are carefully packaged and shipped via USPS or Federal Express. For your protection and ours all items are insured to value unless otherwise arranged. Shipping and insurance costs will be itemized on PayPal prior to your purchase approval.

Please note that all PayPal transactions must be completed within 3 business days or the purchase order will be canceled and the item relisted for sale.

We accept only U.S. Postal Money Orders which may be purchased from any U.S. Post Office. Items purchased with a money order will be shipped upon clearance of the payment by our bank, generally within 3 business days of receipt. Items purchased by money order will be held for a maximum of 10 days for U.S. addresses, or 20 days for addresses outside the continental United States. Should payment not be received within that time-frame the buyer will be notified before item(s) is returned to the shop.

FirePearl Artisans gladly offers wholesale pricing to verified, brick and mortar shop owners or their representatives/ buyers. For wholesale terms please inquire via e-mail.
