AT AUCTION Adorable Victorian Child's Ormolu Mirror & Brush Set with Little Girl in a Bonnet

This is a very sweet Child's Mirror & Brush Set done in an Ormolu finish. The porcelain backs are decorated with a transfer pattern of a Turn of the Century little girl in a floppy hat holding a bouquet of flowers. Many of these sets from this era were decorated by the Limoges factories or German factories. It is an adorable and very dainty set that is quite appealing - these sets are very hard to find.

The Mirror measures 6 1/2" long and 3 1/2" across the porcelain back. The Brush measures 6" long and 1 1/2" across the porcelain back.

This set is in very good condition for it's age. The mirror has a lot of silvering and there is a teeny nick on the porcelain back; but the finish on both pieces, the transfer and the bristles on the brush look very nice.

This looks to be early 1900's. What a terrific and hard to find set this is!
