AT AUCTION Graceful and Lovely Haviland Limoges Pitcher or Ewer with Hand Painted Roses

This is a beautiful Limoges Pitcher or Ewer that is hand painted on the exquisite Haviland Ranson mold. This is such a graceful mold with it's fluted sides and skirted bottom. The artist has painted cascades of lush Pink Roses all down the front of the Pitcher and wrapping around the sides. The Roses are painted over a background of pale slate Blue. The Art Nouveau handle, the ruffled rim and the inner spout are all painted in thick Gold.

The Pitcher/Ewer stands 9" tall and has a base diameter of 6" - it is a very nice size.

It is marked with Haviland Mark 12, 1893 and after.
