This Jaeger & Co Cider Pitcher is a lovely mold - one of my favorites for this type of item. It has a wonderful ruffled & ridged handle and a deeply scalloped rim and a full, wide bulbous body. The artist has painted lively & colorful Blackberries with their pretty white flowers covering most of the body of the Pitcher. Fall colors are incorporated into the background with rich Russet mixing with soft Yellow, Green & Teal.

The Pitcher stands 7 1/4" tall, 10" across it's widest width which included the handle, and has a circumference of almost 25". It is a nice, big size.

It is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks or hairlines. It has a little scuffing to the paint towards the lower edge from use.

No mark - which is not unusual for this mold - but this is guaranteed J&C Bavaria. 1898-1902.
