Nice New Mexico Church lithograph by New Mexico Artist Gwen Peterson, circa 1975! This piece is entitled "San Felipe de Neri 14/30". It is signed "Gwen Peterson" and dated "1975" in the lower right corner.

Gwen Peterson lives in Albuquerque, New Mexico where she still has an art gallery. She received a degree in art as well as art education. She taught art for only a couple years. After having her first child, she decided to become a full-time mother. This is when she began to oil paint. In 1973, she changed her direction to serigraphy and has been doing this for the past 30 years. She does delve into other mediums occasionally.

Her work primarily consists of Southwestern scenes, mountains, canyons, mesas and churches.
