Antique Ladies Wallet w/ Sterling Silver Accents Dated 1887

This beautiful piece must have belonged to a very wealthy lady! The sterling silver accents are elegant scroll designs and there is a cartouche ready for your initials. The exterior leather is in very nice condition without damage to threading or leather. The leather has a nice deep rich patina. The interior does have some damage and scuff marks. The little strap that holds down the closure flap is broken off on one side and where the wallet folds shut the leather is cracked and pieces are missing. The little pocket and the silver metal clasped pocket are in fine condition. It has a patent pending date engraved on the inside silver clasp of Dec 6 87 that's 1887! A true prize.
