Return Policy
Ruby Lane and each of its independent shops want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction and for the protection of both the buyer and shop owner, we have a Return Policy that each Ruby Lane shop owner honors. View Return Policy now.

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
Buyer pays for actual shipping, handling and insurance.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING DISCOUNT - $3.25 for first item and $0.50 for each additional item. If you have purchased more than one item please fill out Purchase Order but do not submit payment until I have adjusted your shipping rate.

INSURANCE RATES - If you have purchased more than one item, the insurance rates may be combined in some cases - depending on the value of the jewelry purchased. The insurance rates posted by USPS are as follows:
- $1.65 for items ranging in value from $0.01 - $50.00
- $2.05 for items ranging in value from $50.01 - $100.00
- $2.45 for items ranging in value from $100.01
$200.00

If you have purchased more than one item please fill out Purchase Order but do not submit payment until I have adjusted your insurance rate (if applicable).

NOTICE: You DO NOT have to create a PayPal account in order to complete your online CREDIT CARD purchase. Paypal is also a service that allows us to process credit cards. If you want to pay for your order with a credit card, but don't want to sign up for a Paypal account, please follow these instructions...

After you add the item that you want to purchase to your online shopping bag, proceed to checkout and select "PAYPAL" as your method of payment. This WILL NOT sign you up for Paypal!

Then.... shortly after that, you will receive a EMAIL from us with the shipping and tax added in, and instructions on how to get to the Paypal page to pay for your order.

When you arrive at the PayPal checkout page choose the option: "IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A PAYPAL ACCOUNT, CLICK HERE (button)". This will allow you to enter your credit card information to complete your transaction.

Notice: If you do not already have a (Free) PayPal account, you will be given the OPTION to create an account at the end of the PayPal checkout process. This is strictly optional.

Restocking Fee:
Our shop does not have a restocking fee.

Other Information:
If paying with Paypal, we request payment within 72 hours of purchase. Your new jewelry will then be shipped within 24 hours.

If paying with a money order, please mail it to us at your earliest convenience. Upon our receipt of the money order, your new jewelry will be shipped within 24 hours.

If paying with a personal check, please mail it to us at your earliest convenience. We will ship your new jewelry within 24 hours of the check clearing.
