"Beaded bag knitted with black glass beads, swag design on silver toned frame and chain." As seen and described in Roseann Ettinger's book "Handbags" on page 67. Black glass beaded scallops or swag design cascade from ornate engraved silver toned frame. The lining is in wonderful condition and has braid where the lining is sewn to the frame. Bead work is in excellent condition with minor loss to the edges of the frame. Unsigned. Circa 1900. 9 ½" including 2” looped fringe x 5”. Silver chain is 14”. $350
