Round rococo engraved floral design sterling silver compact. Birks is a very old and well-established jewellery company, the Canadian equivalent of Tiffany. This compact can be seen in " Collector's Encyclopaedia of Compacts" Volume 11 on page 49. In excellent condition. Signed Birks Sterling. Circa 1940. 2 ½”
