Knitted bead purse made with deep red glass beads in a swag design with gold toned frame and sapphire blue cabochon clasp. Original taffeta lining with rose trim. Can be seen in Roseann Ettinger’s book Handbags on page 65. Chain handle. In excellent condition. Circa 1910. 6 “ by 4” when laid flat. Chain is 12”.
