The background beading of this purse is swirled blue carnival glass beads. The flowers are gray, white, pink and pewter coloured glass beads. The lining is deep navy blue silk. There is no bead loss. This evening bag looks unused. Signed Hand Made in Belgium. Circa 1960. Purse is 9" by 5 ½”. Handle is 9".

Navy blue satin slightly wedge shaped rectangular purse with curve top. Snap clasp is an exact match for the sterling lock set #1817. Interior is navy and has a mirror completely covering the top. In excellent vintage condition. Signed Nettie Rosenstein in gold. Circa 1940. 9” across, 3 ¾” wide and 3” tall.

"Beaded bag knitted with black glass beads, swag design on silver toned frame and chain." As seen and described in Roseann Ettinger's book "Handbags" on page 67. Black glass beaded scallops or swag design cascade from ornate engraved silver toned frame. The lining is in wonderful condition and has braid where the lining is sewn to the frame. This is an absolutely fabulous enameled and jewelled purse. Leaf green with white geometric design. The large peridot coloured stone is part of the design and is set with Greek Key design. The back and the front of the purse are identical. The frame is hammered silver toned metal and the clasp is set with a deep green stone. The chain is original to the purse and has bezel set peridot coloured stones that match the oval stones. The chain is silver toned and has no silver loss.
