This is a coin bracelet made entirely of coins with the bust of George V of England (House of Windsor) on one side (photo 3) and St. George, the patron saint of England, slaying the dragon on the obverse (photo 4). Beneath St. George is the date, 1917. I think these are commemorative coins because there's no denomination on either side. The metal may be copper or bronze. The bracelet is 9-1/4" long, and there are 20 coins in all, all identical.
