Emails are answered promptly 7 am to 7 pm Monday - Saturday. Sundays are usually spent with our family but we always check and respond to Email.

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
All domestic items shipped USPS priority, insured with delivery confirmation. Buyer pays for shipping and insurance (if domestic shipment). I happily combine items for shipping.

International shipping will be priority only. We do NOT Ship to Italy.

Restocking Fee:
15% Restocking Fee on all returned items, no exceptions
