Butterfly Wing Made in Brazil Bracelet

A fabulous turn of the century bracelet, this was made in Brazil and each link is signed on the back. The stamped sterling link setting has six ovals 11/16 x 15/16, each depicting a different scene. The morph butterfly wing background varies from deep blue to purple and aqua blue as may be seen in the iridescent wings of butterflies. Each oval is hand painted with palm trees, sailboats, cabins, flora and mountains. Two of these scenes are of night time. All of the images are in excellent condition with an protective plastic cover. This magnificent bracelet tests for sterling silver, is not marked and has not been polished. The bracelet measures 3/4 x 8 inches long with a spring ring closure that was replaced years ago.
