Our Service Pledge To You:
Your purchase will normally be shipped within 3 days of receiving payment via Paypal , Visa , Mastercard or a Money Order issued from the USPS. Money Orders from a bank or other institution & Personal Checks may be held for up to 21 days and upon clearing will be promptly shipped. This applies only to first time buyers at Evetta Hill or Pilula Jula. If you have successfully shopped with us before your check will not be held!

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
Shipping & Insurance for US buyers is noted for each item in the listing. Priority Shipping is typically used for Restaurant Ware and Pottery, if you would prefer First Class mailing please let me know.

First Class shipping in a padded envelope with required insurance is typically used for individual Jewelry items and is indicated in the listing. If you prefer another method of packaging and or Priority shipping please let me know as an additional cost may be involved.

I use extreme care in wrapping and packaging all of my items regardless of what method of packaging is used.

International buyers are always welcome! Email me for quote before bidding...I will ship for a very reasonable cost to most overseas locations!

Restocking Fee:
Our shop does not have a restocking fee.

Other Information:
PAYMENT: Payment by Paypal or Visa & Mastercard through Propay is required within 3 days of my confirmation email to you! Money Orders & Personal Checks are to be received within 10 days. Failure to comply or email me for an extension will result in your item being placed back in stock! Your attention to this is sincerely appreciated!


SALES TAX: Texas residents will pay 8.25% tax on all purchases.
