Vintage Puffy Heart Delightfully Etched Dogwood Charm

While most folks don't feel that etched hearts are as ornate or detailed as say repousse or raised relief I find them delightful and regally beautiful in their own right especially when in pristine condition and beautifully engraved.

This etched example is a perfect rendering of the beloved dogwood flower. Of course an all etched heart bracelet is a beauty but this also would be wonderful as a remembrance of a place where such plant life grows on a personal memory bracelet.

From a ca. 1940's bracelet this lovely is beautifully hand engraved, "Bobbye" on the back along with being stamped for Sterling. It is one of the best foldover designs I have seen with the edges so perfectly matched it appears almost molded and bears a warm patina. Nice and heavy in hand also - not tinny!

Measures 11/16" x 9/16".
