I take my business very seriously and have established a large customer base over the years as I am dedicated to customer service and selling quality items. I always appreciate return customers as I have alot of them.
I usually respond to all orders within 24 hours, some times I go on buying trips and may be gone for a few days. I will post on vacation if so.
I guarantee the authenticity of all of my items, if I am not sure I will say so and make an educated guess. I am always willing to take extra pics for clarification if requested.

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
I use Priority Mail, Click & Ship for most items which includes free delivery confirmation, insurance is usually optional. Larger packages are sent Fed Ex Ground for a flat rate and includes insurance.
I do combine shipping for multiple purchases. For U. S. customers I charge 1.00 handling fee per item, International customers 3.00 unless packing materials are needed as I buy bubble wrap and peanuts so I charge according to how much is required for safe shipping.

Restocking Fee:
Our shop does not have a restocking fee.

Other Information:
I am required to charge sales tax for all items sold in North Carolina.
