Ruby Lane and each of its independent shops want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction and for the protection of both the buyer and shop owner, we have a Return Policy that each Ruby Lane shop owner honors. View Return Policy now.

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
We ship Priority Mail US Post Office unless other shipping services are requested. Unless otherwise specified, shipping costs are not included in the price of your purchase and will be determined upon receipt of your purchase order. When your shipping costs are provided to you, we will offer you the option of insuring your purchase, which is an addtional charge (we charge only the rates provided by the usps and nothing addtional). We cannot be responsible for items shipped without insurance, if damaged. We ship around the corner or around the world. For international shoppers using Pay Pal, the pay pal shipping address/name must correspond with the purchase order name/address. For all orders, if Pay Pal is selected as the method of payment, payment is due within five days of submitting an order. We will be happy to accept your order phone as well. We also will accept checks and money orders which must be received within 10 days of your purchase order unless other arrangments are made. Please wait for correct information to make out your check or money order before doing so. Please note, that a check must clear prior to our shipping an item. We DO NOT charge any handling fee for items shipped - just the actual shipping charges! The customer needs to contact and notify our shop within 7 days of recipt of any package for any returns. All returns need to be received back to us in an identical condition that it was shipped to the buyer, with all S & H charges to be paid by the buyer.
