Circa 1940’s-50’s, this Chenille Bedspread will fit on top of a queen size bed or for more of a drop, can be used for a double sized bed, measuring 78 inches wide. This is including the wonderful 2 inch long fringe in the same white chenille on three sides with slightly rounded corners, creating a lovely flowing look to this chenille bed cover. The background color, as stated above, is a crisp and clean white. There is white tufting on the entire vintage chenille bed cover. Interspersed between these white tuftings, are designs within circles of rose pink and pal aqua, so indicative of the colors of the era! The weight is a medium weight chenille. The fringe, in the same chenille fabric, is all present and intact. BE SURE TO SEE ALL PHOTOS.

This vintage chenille bedspread will look wonderful on any bed, perhaps an Art Deco bed or modern bed. It can also be used over another bedspread as a coverlet. Another fabulous idea, and I have done this myself, since the weight is not that heavy, is to use this as table cover. This vintage chenille textile spread will also make a wonderful throw on the back of a couch, for that retro look.
