Circa 1940’s, this Vintage horseshoe pin is huge! It measures 2 ½ inches tall and just under 2 ½ inches wide. It has a depth of a bit over 1/8 of an inch. The color of the wood utilized for this fabulous Western horseshoe brooch is a medium colored wood with fabulous grain. There are deep slash-like carvings along the entire upward turned (for luck!) horseshoe. In the center of the vintage wooden western inspired horseshoe, is a carved “rope” twisted around the horseshoe also out of wood. So realistic looking is the “rope” with its extremely deep carved detailing, that at first look it appears to be an actual rope! There is painted red detailing on the side of the horseshoe. This is truly a western inspired vintage wooden brooch that makes quite a presence! BE SURE TO SEE ALL PHOTOS.

The pin back is embedded into back of the vintage wooden horseshoe brooch and is a c-clasp, which works perfectly. This fabulous western motif brooch will look wonderful even worn at an angle (see photo) and will stand alone and be quite striking or look fabulous worn with other cowboy and western inspired vintage jewelry.

It in mint condition, free of any damage whatsoever and is ready to be worn and enjoyed!
