A unique Vintage Celluloid Brooch is presented that depicts a man smoking a pipe!

Circa 1930's, this Celluloid brooch measures 2 ½ inches in height and 1 ½ inches in width at its widest portion. There are fabulous molded detailing on the entire Vintage brooch of this man smoking a pipe. The painted detailing is also wonderful and quite realistic. The face of this whimsical man is a flesh tone, with a great facial expression molded into it. His cheeks are chubby and his eyes are bright and expressive and you can even see his teeth, which are also molded into the vintage brooch. He has brown hair covered by a very vintage looking hat! The details on his face is also evident in his ears! He is smoking an old fashioned looking pipe, which is painted brown and ivory. He has a blue and white polka dot scarf around his neck as well! Wonderful attention was paid to the molded detailing and painting of this entire Vintage Celluloid brooch so be sure to SEE ALL THE PHOTOS.

Celluloid was invented in 1869 and was very popular from that period and even through portions of the Art Deco era.

The pin on the back is embedded and original. The entire brooch is in perfect condition free of any damage or paint loss.

Enough cannot be said about the amazing molded and realistic detailing on this Vintage Celluloid brooch of a whimsical man smoking a pipe. It will look wonderful worn on the lapel of a jacket perhaps or on the collar of a shirt.
