A wonderful Vintage Bakelite kitchenware salad serving set, a fork and spoon is presented.
Circa 1930’s-40’s, this Bakelite kitchenware salad set contains a serving fork and spoon. The Bakelite handled fork of this salad set measures 8 ¼ inches in length and the spoon measures exactly the same. Each Bakelite handle measures 3 inches in length and just under 1 inch wide with a depth of ½ inch. The color of the Bakelite handles are a rich and deep butterscotch Bakelite with swirls of contrasting tones throughout. There is also a great translucent quality to the Bakelite. There is a distinct Art Deco motif to this Bakelite kitchenware salad set with the wonderful vertical deep carvings on the front and back of the handles. The stainless steel utensil portions are bright and shiny and free of any damage. BE SURE TO SEE ALL PHOTOS.
