A striking Vintage Bakelite bangle bracelet carved very deeply in an Art Deco motif, in a sensational jet black Bakelite is presented. The carvings are designed and crafted in such a manner that this Bakelite bangle appears two-toned!

Circa 1930’s-40’s, this Bakelite bangle measures 1 inch wide with a depth of ¼ inch because of the very deep carvings and Art Deco domed surface. The inside diameter is the standard 2 ½ inches. The color is a deep jet black Bakelite. The domed Art Deco inspired surface provides a fabulous palate for the deep carvings covering the entire surface of the bangle. The carvings are designed and crafted in a repeating and abstract Art Deco pattern around the entire circumference of this Bakelite bangle. There are two areas comprised of five deeply carved vertical lines. Interspersed between these two sleek and deco looking carved areas, are abstract diagonally carved areas, which cover the entire Bakelite bangle surface.
