Every item offered for sale by the Eve Dove Gems shop on Ruby Lane is guaranteed to be as described and photographed. We will be as accurate as possible. Eve Dove Gagnon is an accredited Gemologist, Canadian Institute of Gemology, 1989. All Gemstones and Precious natural materials are tested in our Gemological Laboratory prior to being offered for sale. We want you to be pleased and satisfied with any purchase you make from us and we will work to make shopping with us a great experience.
 
Return Policy
Ruby Lane and each of its independent shops want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction and for the protection of both the buyer and shop owner, we have a Return Policy that each Ruby Lane shop owner honors. View Return Policy now.

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
Buyer will pay actual Shipping/Handling Costs unless otherwise noted for individual listings. Methods of shipping include Canada Post Expedited Parcel or Xpress Post within Canada, Canada Post Small Packet Air, Expedited Parcel to the 50 US States, Express Post US, as well as Canada Post International Ground Service (2 weeks to 2 months) to the rest of the world. A $45 flat rate for Courier Mail Service is available. Fed Ex. and UPS rates may be inquired about after issuing a Purchase Order. To change the method of shipping, simply contact us and we can try to arrange a shipping method that is convenient and appropriate for you. All purchases will be shipped insured. Actual postage costs will include insurance. Please contact us with any questions you might have. We will always do our best to answer promptly.

Restocking Fee:
We do not charge for restocking but will deduct the cost of shipping from the refunded amount. Return shipping and insurance will be at the buyers cost.

Other Information:
Articles purchased by and shipped to residents of British Columbia will have 7% Provincial Sales Tax added to the purchase price.
