Return Policy
Ruby Lane and each of its independent shops want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction and for the protection of both the buyer and shop owner, we have a Return Policy that each Ruby Lane shop owner honors. View Return Policy now.

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
Domestic priority insured shipping: $6.50 for items $50 and under; $8.50 for items $100 and under; $9.50 for items between $100+ to $200; and $1.50 more for each additional $100. Actual shipping charge for items $1,000 and over. Please include just one shipping charge for multiple orders placed at the same time. Other shipping options are also available. Larger or heavier items might require extra shipping charge.
International shipping including Canada: Will be quoted individually depending on country of destination.

Restocking Fee:
We charge a 10% restocking fee on all items returned.

Other Information:
I. Payments are expected within 7 business days unless prior arrangements have been made.

II. Items shipped to an address in Virginia will be assessed a 4.5% sales tax.

III. LAYAWAY PLANS are welcome. To qualify, an item/items must cost a minimum of $150. It/they may be paid in three equal installments within 90 days. Shipping charge must be included in the first payment. Items purchased through layaway plans are returnable for store credit only. NO EXCEPTIONS.
