Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
All jewelery are professionally and beautifully packaged. Once payment has been received, the jewelery item will be mailed the next business day.

FOR JEWELERY OVER $101.00 we send it Canada Post Express Post/Insured Mail and provide you with a tracking number so that you can visit Canada Post's website to track the delivery status of your parcel. Shipping to the U.S. is $15.00, Canada $10.00, International we provide a quote.

On multiple purchases under $1,000.00, we combine the items in 1 parcel so you only have to pay the 1-time postage fee.

FOR JEWELERY UNDER $100.00 we send it Small Packet Air Surface. It is automatically insured up to $100.00. For U.S. $5.00 and International $7.00.

For Canada, all items are sent by Express Post/Insured Mail which is $10.00.

Customer pays for actual postage and insurance.

Restocking Fee:
Our shop does not have a restocking fee.

Other Information:
We accept PayPal, Money Order and Personal Cheques. Please note that with Personal Cheques, clearance is 21 working days ( for U.S. cheques) because they are considered as Foreign Cheques by our bank. We only accept personal cheques from Canada and the U.S.A. All payments in U.S. Dollars.
