Our Service Pledge To You:
We guarantee all our items to be as described; diamonds will be diamonds, gold will be gold, etc. In the very rare event an item isn't as described (within reason, of course) a full refund will be given.

Please remember that vintage, antique and pre-owned items will more than likely show signs of wear and may have slight dings, scratches and other signs of age and use. We will note anything that seems in excess of these norms. Very few older items are mint; please keep that in mind.
 
Return Policy
Ruby Lane and each of its independent shops want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction and for the protection of both the buyer and shop owner, we have a Return Policy that each Ruby Lane shop owner honors. View Return Policy now.

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
Buyer pays for shipping and insurance. A small handling charge of one to two dollars may be added to the shipping cost. We will combine shipments for postage savings. We are slowly but surely switching to a fixed price on our items with shipping included.

Payment is expected within two days for PayPal and eight days by M/O. Items will be returned to stock after these limits. Please advise how you will be paying. Thank you for understanding.

Restocking Fee:
We charge a 15% restocking fee on all returned items, minus shipping fees which are not refundable. In the event free shipping was given, a $4.00 charge will be levied against any refund. If the return is based on an error on our part, a full refund will be given.
