We carry fine glassware, china, silver, jewelry and other heirloom quality treasures...
This set was made in the town of Vohenstrauss in Bavaria, by a company named Porzellanfabrik Johann Seltmann. The mark on the bottom of the creamer dates the set to a timeframe between 1901-1914.
Both pieces feature interesting moulded details in the body, with great handles, and a matching finial on the sugar bowl lid. Decorated with roses and lots of gold, these are old world style to the extreme....
The sugar bowl measures 5.75" wide from handle to handle, and 3.5" tall. The creamer is 5.25" wide handle to spout, and 3.5" tall. All 3 pieces are in very good condition with no chips, cracks or damage. You will find some missing gold at the expected places - the top of the finial, on the handles, some rubbing on other gold details as well.
Quite a nice set, and the creamer is marked as shown.
