Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
Buyer pays for shipping, handling and insurance. Please contact us for postage and handling price quote before purchase so you will know the exact cost of shipping. We generally ship priority mail with the USPS -insurance usually required. We take extreme care with packing so it arrives safely but we cannot control what happens when it leaves our hands (98% arrives safely). If anything happens in shipping we will be happy to provide you with tracking and insurance info so you can file a claim, be sure to keep original box it was shipped in. We ship usually within 3 business days from purchase. Personal checks or bank checks (money orders) take approximately 7-10 days to clear and shipping will not happen till that time. If it is a postal money order item can be shipped within 3 days (usualy within 24 hours).
Restocking Fee:
No seller really likes to have returns, however, we know they happen. If the item sent out is returned because of an omission or defect that I failed to notice, then there is no restocking fee. However, if the item is returned due to buyer's remorse or a simple change of mind then a 10% restocking fee will apply. Should any item fail to meet or exceed your expectations, the item shall be returned at buyer's expense. Return of any item must be in the same condition as when received, and must include delivery or signature confirmation, as well as insurance for the amount of purchase. Buyer will pay for postage for item to be returned. Once we have received the item, a refund will be promptly made via the method in which it was paid, i.e., check for check or cash, Paypal for Paypal

No sales tax - we live in tax free NH and are happy to pass that along to our customers.
