This is a nice antique primitive oil on board waterscape painting with a castle and sailboats. It is not signed and measures 13" X 7 3/4". It is in great shape with no paint loss or chips. Lovely antique gold gilt gesso frame with a nice design. There is some missing gesso (see pictures). Overall size is 16" X 10 3/4" X 1 3/4". There is a sticker that is in the shape of a shield on the back that reads: From W.W. Berry & Co. Fine Art and Stationery Store Picture Frames and Mat Making a Specialty 103 Main Street Waterville, ME. and written in pen in the middle are the numbers 2388 and 355. This would make a nice addition to your art collection
