We respond to all orders within 36 hours. All items are shipped by priority mail within 48 hours of payment with the exception of items purchased via personal or business check. Those will be promptly shipped upon clearance of check. Authenticity of our items is guaranteed-we may make an honest mistake, but any item may be returned if we are contacted of intent within 3 business days. LAY AWAY TERMS: 25% down upon purchase with balance due in 90-120 days. In case of Lay Away default, payments are not refunded, but a store credit is given equal to the payments made. Store credit is not transferable. There is no expiration on lay away store credit. All items guaranteed to be as described as to age, condition, and manufacture. Regretfully, because of international scams, we CANNOT accept personal checks at all; or money orders from international buyers without prior correspondence and permission- Paypal and Western Union only please.

If there is a shipping charge for an item, the charge will be listed in the item description. Although we package your item carefully and attractively, shipping costs are very reasonable. We want to provide the best customer service possible at Emmie's. PLEASE NOTE:
Insurance is strongly recommended and is extra- 1.30 per $50. US Postal rate.
