Offered for your consideration a fantastic electric blue enamel brooch in the shape of feathers. Great "c" clasp and fully hallmarked sterling and A.SCH. Albert Scharning was a post WWII Norwegian silversmith made famous for his enameling. The brooch is 2" by 1" in wonderful condition.
