Victorian English Sterling Master Mustard Spoon

I think that often people who are not used to buying sterling flatware think that all pieces in the same pattern are equal. Far from that there are many pieces which are heavier and better made by virtue of their antiquity. Here is an English shell pattern master mustard spoon which it hallmarked with the head of Victoria and the Leopard and Lion Passant. It has FH as its maker and weighs an incredible 26.3 grams. It is 4" long and has lost some of its vermeil coating but none of its appeal.
