Lovely Antler handled English Riding Crop Whip. Wood body, leather end and 3 Sterling collars hallmarked for 1917 London England with the maker Howell on a silver button (Their canes are very sought after by collectors). Measures about 30.5 inches long and the handle is about 5 1/2 inches long. The leather, antler and wood are in very good condition, the 3 sterling bands have some slight wear. There are also 2 other marks in cartouches, one appears to be a L or C with 2, the other one is illegible. One of the silver bands has a script monogram.
