An elegant little cocktail hat in black velvet edged with silk thread and three layers of stiff folded net along the front and sides and a black velvet flower with two rhinestones on either side. The wire stem of the flower is sewn on to the inside of the crown. The inside measurements are 10 1/2" from side to side and 7 1/4" from front to back. There are two creases on the stiff inner material of the crown which need taken out otherwise in very good condition.
