Return Policy
Ruby Lane and each of its independent shops want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction and for the protection of both the buyer and shop owner, we have a Return Policy that each Ruby Lane shop owner honors. View Return Policy now.

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
For all sales through our eCollectics shop on the Ruby Lane website, we'll pay for your domestic shipping and insurance, via USPS 2- to 3-day Priority mail. (Overnight Express Mail Service wll be extra.) International shipping costs will be determined once the purchase transaction has been finalized, and all overseas sales will be credited up to the first $10 of their shipping costs. *NOTE: Sales made from any auction site we utilize will be subject to the shipping and insurance costs identified in the auction listing.

We will ship immediately to confirmed domestic addresses, upon receipt of your money order, PayPal credit card payment, or when your check clears, and have extensive experience shipping items overseas.

Overseas buyers using PayPal should note that we can only complete transactions and ship to PayPal verified addresses.

Restocking Fee:
If a returned item was originally paid for via PayPal, the buyer will be given a full refund of the amount paid, less the related PayPal fees incurred by eCollectics (approximately 2.9%).

Other Information:
Checks and money orders should be made payable to PREMIUM RESALE INVESTMENTS. All payments are due within 10 days of receiving our confirmation of your purchase, unless they are coming from overseas. Checks from overseas buyers must be for funds drawn against a U.S. bank.

For PayPal users, our verified seller ID will be provided with confirmation of your purchase. Feel free to use your VISA, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express card to conveniently complete your purchase.

Texas residents must also pay 8.25% state sales tax, unless they provide us a valid Texas resale certificate number and related business information.

In addition, to accommodate your online shopping needs, we are pleased to offer extended lay-away payment plans. The minimum purchase to qualify for a lay-away plan is $100, either for one single item, or for a multi-item purchase, where the total amount of the entire purchase exceeds $100.

Purchases totaling between $100 and $300 will qualify for a 2-payment plan. One-half of the total amount due will be required at the time of purchase, and one-half with be due 30 days after you receive notification from us that your first payment has arrived. Purchases totaling over $300 will qualify for a 3-payment plan. One-third of the total amount due will be required at the time of purchase, one-third will be due 30 days after you receive notification from us that your first payment has arrived, and the final one-third will be due 60 days after you receive notification from us that your first payment has arrived. Please note that in the event a lay-away payment requirement is not met by the purchaser, we reserve the right to terminate the transaction and once again offer the item(s) for sale to the general public. In addition, any partial payments made by the purchaser will be forfeited at that time.

Once the purchaser's lay-away payment obligations have been completely met, the item(s) will be shipped. Any lay-away item returned via the Ruby Lane site-wide return policy will only be eligible for an in-shop credit. No monetary refunds will be made for returned lay-away items.
